The showroom and design teams
There’s no pressure when you shop for a new conservatory or replacement windows and doors in our friendly showrooms. Discuss your requirements in detail with our designers and we’ll finalise your design on computer and produce your free no obligation quotation.

The surveying team
To make absolutely sure things are correct before proceeding to manufacture your conservatory or PVC double glazing, a professional Planet surveyor will visit the site of your project to thoroughly check all measurements and identify any problems that could effect a smooth installation.

The manufacturing team
Planet invests heavily in the latest computer controlled manufacturing technology. Because Planet produces in such large volumes, you’ll benefit in the shape of great value for money and by buying direct from the manufacturer.

The transport team
Even the transportation of products between our
manufacturing plant in Lancashire and all parts of our showroom network is by Planet vehicles. We even have our own concrete mixing lorry. So when we say something will happen, it will, because we’re in control.

The building team
Our in-house building department handles all aspects of base preparation, like digging out foundations and laying concrete. They’ll arrive when we say, finish the job and clean up afterwards. And you won’t have to worry about finding a plasterer, electrician, plumber or ceramic floor tiler – they’re all part of Planet’s team.

The conservatory installation team
Our skilled conservatory installers will arrive at your home with all the components of your project and rapidly complete the erection of frames, doors, and roof and fit the glazing. Our service engineer will visit a few days after everything is complete to make sure you’re totally happy.

The window and door installation team
Whether it’s one window or door you’re having or a whole houseful, Planet’s fitters will complete the job with the minimum of disruption and leave you with a beautiful, cosy and secure home. Don’t worry if you want to enlarge an existing window to make it wider or deeper – Planet can sort it for you.

The customer care and service team
