Planet is rightly proud that almost half of all the business we complete during the course of the year is the direct result of a recommendation by our own customers. Satisfied customers are willing to pass on the names of family and friends who are interested in our range of products. They do this because they are highly delighted with the quality, value and excellent service they have received from everyone at Planet. We know this is true, because we get letters every day expressing total satisfaction, and because we go out of our way to ask customers if they were
happy with their experience of dealing with Planet.
Customer satisfaction and quality questionnaire
At the end of each installation we ask all our customers to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Every month we issue all departments a summary which gives us all feedback on how we are performing and where we can strive to improve things.
